Does the home need to be empty?
For the best result, yes. We can work around a few remaining items, but cabinets, closets and floors need to be clear for us to clean inside and underneath them.
Do you guarantee I'll get my deposit back?
We can't control a landlord's decision, but we clean to standard move-out checklists. If anything we cleaned fails inspection within 48 hours, we return to fix it free of charge.
Are utilities required?
Yes — please make sure water and electricity are on. We bring all supplies, vacuums and equipment ourselves.
